Good Day and Welcome,
My name is Emily, I’ve been in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago for a few weeks now. I have lots to share about my adventures and the work I’m doing here but first I want to talk about why I’m here and what it means to me to be here working on preparations for the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, Trinbago 2023. My ultimate goal is to travel the world and help organize games like these so I’m as excited to live on a tropical island as much as I am to be working!
This is called a starfruit back home but here they call it five finger and I think that’s definitely the better name. I tried one fresh from the tree the green parts were so sour but the fruit itself was really really good.
Have a great day and I’ll catch ya later
If you are interested in following along my adventure
